This beer was described to me as their Red Headed Stranger aged in Bullet Bourbon Barrels with cinnamon added.
Solid red saison with a very mild bourbon presence from the barrels. Spiciness is still there and the cinnamon adds nicely to it. After a few sips, the bourbon shows up but again, you hardly know it's there. Nice twist on a already very good base beer.
