Look: Bright gold, with a huge, fluffy white head.

Smell: Banana, lemon, citrus rind, yeast and floral notes. There's some earthy, grassy, and musty aromas as well.

Taste: Lemon, citrus rind and bananas. Sour, yeasty, and spicy. There's some grain as well, and a flavor I can only describe as slightly burnt biscuits. It ends nicely with an earthy, musty aftertaste, and just a hint of lingering bitterness.

Feel: Light and bubbly. Not much else to say really.

A very light and refreshing beer. Good flavor, and super easy to drink.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.

A: The beer is a light gold color, with a large dense white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains wheat, caramelized malts, citrus, bananas and some hops.

T: The taste starts out with bready flavors of wheat and a hearty but not too heavy malt character. Then some sweet flavors of bananas, caramel, spice and citrus come in. The hops presence is mild but complementary and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly bready.

M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.

O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a solid beer to drink for a while.

Delicious, easy-drinking saison (don't know why it's listed as an APA here). Nice subtle peppery notes add to the expected saison esters, and pair with the incredibly clear golden appearance to create an excellent summer brew.
