Deep amber with coppery highlights and poured with a thick, creamy, tan head of foam. A lovely beer when the sun hits the glass. Sweet and malty on the nose with an earthy aroma of Old World hops tying it all together. Medium-bodied, smooth, and very drinkable, Vienna Red has a bready quality and a touch of minerality to its flavor that is supported by a gentle bitterness. Semi-dry and satisfying in the finish, this is a true to style lager to seek out and savor when in Prague. Simply delicious.
