On tap into a dimpled glass mug
A - Head is 3 fingers tall and foamy. White in color and dissipates very slowly. Beer is golden with moderate carbonation and clear. 4.25/5
S - Aroma is of a light maltiness and white bread. Definitely pilsner malt and what seems like Saaz hops. Very simple and straightforward. 4/5
T - As with the aroma the taste is very simple and straightforward, but really quite good. Light maltiness and white bread along with Saaz hops makes for a clean tasting pilsner. Some slight bitterness but more sweet than bitter. Not too sweet though. Just enough sweetness that reflects on the quality of the malt. 4.25/5
M - Some carbonation burn but not as much as many other pilsners. Very light, clean, and with a slightly dry finish. 4/5
O - This is a pilsner worthy of being served in Prague and is a true reflection of what pilsners can and should be like throughout the world. Clean, simple, light, and easy to down several of these in one sitting. 4/5

From the menu: "Bottom-fermented pilsner beer. We use highest quality Czech ingredients and traditional recipe. Gr. 13.5%, alc. 5.1%".
Notes: Golden. Clear. Bright white head. Very good retention / lacing. Solid aroma. Malty/hops. Flavor: Malty rich Pils w/ a good Pils malt (grain/bread) prevalent and nice spicy grassy floral Czech (Saaz) hops. This is real beer! Solid bitterness but still towards the malty sweet side. Remains balanced w/ mainly dry finish. Refreshing change from the deluge of mass-market "bitter-water" Pils sold cheaply everywhere in Prague.

Beuatiful dark golden color, slightly veiled, with a good creamy head, almost white in color.
Malty smell, pleasant, with some touches of hop.
The taste is quite malty, but still quite clean.
It is easily drinkable.
The right amount of hop in the back to balance it and to mantain the beer drinkable.
But anyway, on the malty-sweet side of the road.
