Draft at the brewery, served in a tulip glass.
Thin layer of foam, fades fast with a glassy surface, thin tan ring on the outer edge.
Aroma is big on the cinnamon, a little vanilla too, dead on cinnamon toast crunch cereal.
Taste is rich, slight boozy woodiness from the barrel, fudgy Mexican chocolate with cinnamon.
Medium bodied with a deceptive light drinkability, slightly thin feel. Dry woody aftertaste.
Overall this was better than the vanilla cinnamon variant, a little more expressive and interesting.
