Heavy sweet matly flavor but pretty well balanced with the hops.

Bottle. Very mild citrus flavor but a very strong, sweet malt backbone. This got a lot more bitter as I drank along.

Bright jewel-tone amber orange, long lasting foam that maintains an unbroken surface skim and drippy lace.
Aromas of pineapple in various forms, canned, dried, tepache. Definitely sweet and candied, pineapple cotton candy.
Taste is malty and sweet with an overwhelmingly fruity pineapple flavor. Spun sugar, pineapple candy.
Sticky on the lips, well on the sweeter side, moderate bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied with lighter carbonation.
A little sweeter than my personal preference, but certainly a bold and flavorful brew.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 1 pt 6 oz bottle on November 30, 2016. Bottled on 11/9/16. Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 1 pint can on September 16, 2017. Canned 08/30/17. Look is light amber gold blend with an off-white head and lingering lacing. Smell and taste is typical citra hop.
