Released November, 2022. Like our standard barrel- aged Imperial Pajamas, this was aged for six months in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels… but with maple and cinnamon added. Rich and oaky, with an extra layer of coziness!

12 ounce can into a snifter. Canned 11/3/22, had 8/18/23.
Pours near black and opaque, thick looking, with no head and some foamy lacing. Aromas of maple, roasted malt, cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla, light bourbon, some oak. The flavors are much the same, with the barrels out front- bourbon, roasted malt, cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate, light maple, some oak. Smooth, a very good fuller body, appropriately carbonated.
This has the usual solid IP base and a strong barrel presence. The cinnamon is far more prominent than the maple, which fades after the open. Really enjoyable, but not sure the cinnamon brings much to this one.
