On tap at the recent Beer Temple grand opening, thanks to the Begyle guys for generously pouring, and congrats to the Quinn's for a fine job hosting.
Quick review from written notes, this was a highlight of the day.
Hazy opaque orange, slow rising carb trails, tight cap of creamy white foam that left behind plenty of lacing in the cup. Surface coverage was lasting and substantial.
Bright citrus and fresh hop aromas, resiny and dank with some earthy mango and citrus zest manifesting in the taste. Plenty bitter, but smooth and very easy to drink. Soft carbonation, fairly dry finish. Very fresh and hop forward, they mentioned something about wet-hopping this and it shows.
Begyle seems to be proving themselves with this NxNW and Hophazardly. Looking forward to drinking more of these on tap around town.
