Appearance:
Golden color, clear. Lots of bubbles rising. Thick bright white head, very good head retention. Leaves a very nice lacing behind.
Aroma:
Sweet grain, white bread, a little corn, crisp, clean.
Taste/Finish/Body:
Sweet grain, white bread, slight biscuit, a little corn. Clean lager yeast, maybe just a dash of fruit. Hop bitterness is mild. Finish is slight dry, very crisp. Light bodied, crisp, clean, refreshing, moderate carbonation.
Overall:
Very good Mexican-style lager! I really enjoy this one!

Corny, bready, weirdly fruity, no real hops to speak of. smells of stale corn chips

Grainy-fruity, flabby malt and moderate hop bitterness for style.

Light, Moderate CO2, no astringency
Overall
Dull, lifeless, overcooked and a bit gross.

Nice crisp medium amber with fluffy white head but leaves no lacing, very yeasty smell with a smell of apples but slightly metallic, bready taste with a slight sour finish with a low bitterness at the end, light to medium body and good about of carbonation

Not bad for the style,not a lot of flavor going on. I could easily drink this on the beach all day long. Cheers friends
