Look - Deep, dark, rich, opaque brown in a 13 ounce snifter, with a finger of frothy head. It looks as big and delicious as the title suggests.
Smell - Boozy. Chocolatey. Brown sugary. Smells very sweet.
Feel - Full-bodied, not quite thick, but a little bit oily. It definitely took a little while to get it all down - not that that's a bad thing. It's a filling beer.
Taste - This is where the beer let me down. It was cloyingly sweet. All of the BB notes are there, but there's too much milk sugar.
Overall - A good effort from an upstart brewery. If they can strike the right balance with the sweetness, this could be a really satisfying brew.
