Looks - Pours a straw colored yellow with little to no head. Quite hazy also. As mentioned by another taster, small bubbles are persistent through the entire drink.

Smell - Very heavy clove with a little banana. I think I can smell a little grain through the clove and banana as well. There is also a tartness that stands out. It certainly smells crisp.

Taste - I expected a very strong flavor given the aroma but it's actually kind of mellow. I think the banana flavor really takes precedent early with a late hit of the clove and a mild tartness to finish.

Feel - Very light. It seems the carbonation may be high giving it a nice crisp feel initially but ends fuller than expected, maybe due to the banana flavor. I did notice a bit of a bite when the brew hits the tongue but that appeals to me for a summer drink.

Overall, not a bad beer. I wouldn't say it's my favorite but I found myself enjoying this more with every sip. This was a relatively difficult beer to rate for me as I don't have much experience with 1) Hefe's and 2) rating beer in general. I definitely view this as a great brew for a hot day given the light body, crisp feel and slight tartness. But a year 'round drinker? Probably not (for me at least).

look - slightly cloudy golden tan color with really no head and no lacing, looks really thin.
smell - banana and cloves, lots of cloves
taste - more banana than cloves, complete opposite than the smell.
feel - pretty light beer with a medium light carbonation
overall - no impressed and I'll never buy this beer again.

The Hefe from North High is quite nice. It pours a pale yellow with white head that is leaving a lace. The scent is milder for a hefe but still have the clove and banana hints. The taste is not over done and makes this quite drinkable. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is good and I would recommend it to those that like a nice Hefe.

I found this can at Saveon. I had previously tried one other from these guys and found it to be outstanding.

This looks pretty nice in the glass. It is the correct pale yellow, very cloudy and it has tiny bubbles that keep coming. The aroma is a pretty complex mix. The yeasts are complemented by a wacky bunch of smells. It works.

The taste is on the sweet side of the continuum, but like the aroma, it is interestingly complex. Spicy fruity undertones are present without being overbearing. It is nicely balanced, easy drinking and refreshing. Recommended.
