Black in color with light tan head that left modest lacing in a pint glass. Mild aroma. Taste was mild with more of a bitter finish than other beers I have had of this style. Fairly easy drinking, good beer and would purchase again. Note: ABV listed on can was 4.8% compared to 6.0% in description.

Coffee brown to 8 ball black with a short tan blanket, this is a pleasant, easy drinker. Roasty coffee and nutty yet sweet cigar flavors run through the smoothly creamy, slick medium body that has a tingly light finish bringing out sweet cola and a hint of blackberry.

This is a very good beer, and while I am someone who likes to drink beers straight out of the can, you cant with this one. With the sweet chocolate flavors and milk like thickness, the carbonation straight out of the can is a bit much in my opinion. However, once poured into a glass and some of the massive head subsides, its a great beer. Very dark, very rich, good in small quantities. Couldn't see myself getting drunk from it, but its a great beer to just enjoy.

Pours pitch black, impervious to light. Two fingers of head slowly recedes. Aroma is sweet roasted malts, some milk chocolate. Flavor is roasted malts, some chocolate, fairly creamy. Pretty light bodied, carbonation adds to the creamy mouthfeel. Overall a pleasant milk stout, not too heavy.

Deep dark color. It has a watery feel, but not a watered down taste. Nice and Malty and almost chocolately.

Wish I could find this beer locally got it at vintage estate in Ohio. Great Aroma and flavor is a very rich milk chocolate and coffee roasts perfectly balanced. Downright sessionable if I had more than one can. Will be seeking out more if I ever go back to Ohio

Great stout. Malty and chocolate. Well balanced. This is one of the best craft stouts I've ever had. Great smell, smooth mouth feel. Perfect viscosity just a great beer.

Smooth and I love the aftertaste, like a dark coffee feel.

Poured from a 12oz can. Into a 10oz tulip glass

L - Poured with 1 finger of head which quickly went away to a small ring around the glass. Opaque black. Head was tan before it subsided.

S - upfront is roast. Followed by subtle coffee, milk chocolate and a tiny bit of vanilla.

T - roast, little coffee. Dark chocolate at the back end.

F - a little thin for me. Flavor quickly leaves the mouth. Thin to medium thin mouth feel.

O - not bad. Not the best. Definitely a solid beer. Good milk stout. Average I would say.

Pours a dark brown, with a large khaki head. The head quickly dies off too a thin ring, and the brew leaves little lacing behind. I get a lot of roast, chocolate, caramel, and hints of coffee. There is a grassy sweetness that lingers in the background, tinting everything with it's presence. On to the flavors, and wow, am I a fan. Though the lactose makes the beer a sweet one overall, there is a lot of bitter roast here, and right up front. After the initial wave of malt, I get chocolate, more caramel, and a distinct milk like flavor. The after taste is sweet, but also slightly bitter, with the coffee notes finally showing itself, along with more of the malt and chocolate. The feel of the stout is medium. It feels like the lactose is adding a lot of thickness to what would have been a rather thin stout. Carbonation is there at a similarly medium value making for a very drinkable stout. It's good for a sweet tooth, and I'd say good for everyday, even if it's a bit sweet.
