Bottle from Bert's
Crystal clear deep golden color with a huge frothy bubbly off white head that persists forever. Fruity Juicy citrus hop goodness wafts at me as soon as I pop the cap. Light bready malts and hints of pine and licorice round out the nose nicely. The flavor is bit different with big bready and light caramel maltiness. Earthy spicy hop flavor with a lingering bitterness in the finish barely cut through the sweet malts. Decent brew, the aroma is killer, but the flavor is just good. Could use a bit more flavor hops imho.

Picked up a couple of bombers at Bert's in Hooksett yesterday. Poured into my tulip glass. This beer poured a nice orangey yellow color. Lots of pleasing hops in the nose citrus and melon and a nice pine aroma. The taste was smooth with the citrus from the hops coming through. There was a malt presence but not over shadowing of the hops. The mouth feel was clean and crisp with a great carbonation. Probably the best beer I've had from this brewery and I hope to see more like this in the future.
