A: hazy; pale gold in color; 1 finger finely pored ivory head that receded to a skim cap; very nice lacing;

S: lemon, with orange in the background;

T: follows the nose up front; lemon balanced with orange in the middle; a little pineapple comes in on the finish; mild bitterness at the end;

M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;

O: more complexity of flavor than many other NEIPAs;

From a can with no date marking but I grabbed it as the guy was putting it on the shelf so it's got to be fresh.

Poured into my tulip glass this beer is a murky opaque pineapple juice shade with a bubbly offwhite head. Small amount of fuzzy lace.

Scent is cat pee (no seriously - it's a good thing), pine, dank, grapefruit, spice. Based on the nose I'm guessing this is going to be good.

Taste is spicy hops to begin. Pine, grapefruit, tangerine. There's a lovely pungence. Onion and garlic. Pineapple. More dry than sweet. Very little malt presence detectable.

Mouth is slightly chalky medium.

I love dank pungent IPAs and this is right up my alley. Dank, pungent, oniony and delicious. All at a sub 6% abv which is great. Will get more of this.

Great beer that tastes similar to a Treehouse offering.

On draft in a plastic cup at the brewery. Poured a clearish, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of grapefruit, orange and toasted caramel. Sweet citrus and caramel taste with s strong bitter bite at the end.
