Draft at the brewery
Light foamy creamy head, moderate retention, light lacing, mostly clear pale color
Nose grainy sweet straw, doughy pilsner light corn notes, honey, faint floral hop
Taste more grainy sweet gristy doughy malt, big pilsner malt with light corn, big honey, soft lager, fair herbal floral hops with medium bitterness, crisp hop bitterness, quite bitter like pilsner level, touch fruity note and maybe sulfate accentuating the bitterness
Mouth is medium to lighter bod, soft lager, medium to higher carb
Overall pretty good for an American Helles, a bit of a German pilsner bitter finish which is a nice touch, but enjoyable

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured a nice crystal clear golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps.
S - Big aromas of sweet malts and honey. Tons of sweetness with light pilsner corn notes.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of sweeter malts and honey flavours. Really nice clean grassy hops. Finish is lightly bitter with more clean pilsner notes.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, clean.
O - Overall this was a solid enough helles. Pleasant pilsner notes and good grassy hops with a light bitterness.
