16 oz can.
Pours a dark brown color with 2 fingers of creamy tan head. Good retention. Leaves a ring of lacing along the top of the glass.
Lots of roasted malt and dark chocolate on the aroma. Lighter notes of cereal grains, coffee, and hops.
Flavors of dark chocolate, roasted malts, coffee and caramel before a subtly hoppy finish.
Feel is medium-light with moderate carbonation. Smooth and easy to drink. A little light for an oatmeal stout.
Overall, a pretty good beer with an awesome name. Nothing special about this one. But it's nice and easy to drink.

From a 16 oz. can dated 12/30/21. Sampled Jan 28, 2022.
It looks the part with its dark brown to near black appearance under a modest, lasting tan head.
In the aroma, cooked oatmeal is front and center with a dark roasted malt sensation, burnt character, and a floral hop presence.
Light-medium mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet and alive with oatmeal. There is a dry, cleansing finish. A decent oatmeal stout. Fits the style guidelines.
