22 FL OZ bottle
Served in an oversized wine glass
This beer pours a hazy rose hue. The blueberries have colored the beer. It appears highly effervescent and is topped with an inch of pinkish head that disappears quickly and leaves no lacing.
I immediately smelled the ginger. After a couple minutes I could get some blueberry. The blueberry opened up more as the beer warmed.
My first taste was loaded with ginger, but as it sit and the temperature increased the blueberry became more noticeable, and the lemon also came through. The finish had a little funk known to some saisons.
Light body with a lot of carbonation
This is an interesting beer. I enjoyed it at a little warmer temperature once the ginger was dominating my senses. The flavors go pretty well together. This would be great on a warm summer day.
