Imagine a perfect summer day at the ballpark... the smell of freshly cut grass, peanut shells on the ground, a hot dog in your hand and the company of good friends. At the crack of a bat, a thousand voices rise in excitement, and as the ball clears the wall, the crowd erupts in celebration. We crafted this pilsener in honor of those perfect moments. This beer takes a little longer to make than most, but its crisp and refreshing taste makes it a perfect pairing for long-awaited victories. Grab a 4-pack and go Over the Ivy with us!

On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a 5-ounce snifter. Pours a light golden color, with a white head. Great retention, with a curtain of lacing. Light bready malt, slightly fruity, with grassy and herbal notes and a nice punch of peppery hop bitterness on the palate. Finish is crisp, with a lingering bitter note. Excellent beer and highly recommended.

Appearance: Pours golden with a slight chill haze; the head springs to one finger; decent retention and a splattering of lace

Smell: Noble hop aromatics; bready and grassy

Taste: Grassy noble hop flavors kick in from the get go, proving a complement to the bready malt; good bitterness into the finish

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation

Overall: A good Czech Pilsener that shows off the hops very nicely

Thanks, Chilmer, for the opportunity

Had it at 30 hop after a hazy IPA. This felt rather bland. It was alright though just not exciting. It is probably a fine pilsner, just want the right situation to properly judge it.

4-pack of cans from John’s. Nice head on this one. Similar to ReUnion Floral. Massively easy drinker.

Pours bright golden yellow with a fluffy off white head that sticks around for a while.
The aroma is an assertive floral spicy hippiness and a faint breads maltiness.
The flavor is very crisp and refreshing. It's slightly sweet grainy breads malts finishing with a very pleasant, but slightly more assertive than it should be floral and spicy hoppiness.
The mouthfeel is slick with moderate carbonation.
Overall, it's really good. I like my pilsners to have a stronger malt bill, but overall this is a great beer.
