This one’s for the Des Moines Firefighters. Confluence is proud to join KRM Custom Homes in supporting the Des Moines Fire Union Local #4’s Welfare Fund. 100% of the proceeds of the sale of this beer will go to the fund designed to assist our local heroes with medical bills and costs that arise from work-related injuries and illness.
