Poured from a can into a snifter, the beer is a bright, slightly hazy, yellow-gold coloring with a steady flow of carbonation and a filmy, sparse, white head. Aromas of toasted grain, bittersweet fruit notes, farmhouse funk, coriander, cardamom, lemon zest, and subtle yeast funk. Flavors are spicy and toasted grain forward, with a good dose of tart lemon zest, bittersweet berry notes, grass, bubble gum, dandelion, coriander, and subtle farmhouse funk. Smooth, light, crisp body from the carbonation, which cleans up the aftertaste, leaving only a subtle tart citrus linger. The finish is crisp, slightly sharp, and fairly clean. Very tasty, refreshing beer.
