L: Had this beer on-tap at Capital Ale House - Innsbrook, poured into a pint glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, off white, somewhat long-lasting head. Not a lot of lacing.
S: A very good aroma of chocolate, apples, booze, cream, vanilla, and coffee.
T: Tasted of a decent bit of cream (kind of lingers around the edges), a bit of espresso (subtle, but present), a good shot of milk chocolate (pretty sweet), a hint of vanilla, and a good amount of the advertised apple brandy. This is a sweet, subtle and well-rounded flavor. Quite tasty.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a smooth and creamy finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A solidly made, easy to like stout. Drinkable.
