There is a date code but it's on the edge of the can so only the month and year are visible. I check all the 4-packs in the store and all were the same. The month is "02" and "24" is the year. There is some text above the date but it can't be deciphered.
Appearance: The body of the beer is a dark gold color, nearly golden-brown. It has excellent clarity with a bit of opalescence that refracts light. There is a short head that is white and slowly recedes to a thick foamy ring around the glass. It doesn't leave any lacing. Aside from the rather lackluster head the beer looks amazing because of the color and clarity.
Aroma: It smells like orange peel, lemon peel, and lime peel all combined together. It has a strong citrus aroma. There is a bit of a cracker aroma as well. It is a very pleasant smelling beer.
Taste: It has some alcohol and cracker flavor up front, with a light lemon tartness. Some wheat cracker flavor towards the middle. It doesn't have a lot going on in the flavor department. It tastes a bit like a watered down Gose, but the citrus character is alright.
Mouthfeel: It feels light bodied and watered down. It doesn't have much character or presence on the palate. It's the kind of beer that you want to finish and move on from to something else because it just doesn't have any gusto.
Overall: It was a pretty disappointing beer because it looked really nice and it smelled great but when it came to flavor and body the beer offered very little. I wouldn't recommend it or buy it again.

Surprisingly tart.
Tastes of orange peel is dominant. Nothing else really stands out. Relatively easy drinking.

Pours with a nice white to off-white foam head that lingers on top while slowly compressing down. Color comes across as a rich honey-brown with hint of gold. The scent has a hefty -- and enjoyable -- waft of slightly acidic orange with some sweetness coming from a more floral scent.
Taste has quite a bit of sweetness throughout -- although never revealing too much alcohol flavor. Flavor seems to transition more and more towards orange as I drink the glass, somewhat overwhelming some of the other flavors, but perfect for a nice summer beer. Feel leaves both a bit of a sweet glaze on my tongue after drinking but it has a bit of a carbonated-esque acidic feel on the tongue when held -- an interesting combination!
I have noticed that serving at varying temperatures has a pretty large impact on some of the flavors that come out. Would recommend trying at least once, especially if fruit/field beers are something you think you may enjoy!

Poured from the can into a nonic pint glass. In Orbit March 22nd 2018.
Orange amber body color, fairly clear, with nearly no carbonation. Big sudsy and soapy white head at three solid fingers, dissolves quicky to a thin puck and white collar.
Faint touches of honey, more of a beeswax quality on the nose. Slight touches of citrus like zest, but also a bit of bile quality also. Honey angle goes a little spicy also which is a little interesting.
Palate seems rather ordinary. Light and wet bodied, slightly smaller than a typical pale ale. Washing honey tones but not overly sweet, with only a touch of orange flavor. Somewhat citrus zest finish, and a bit of prickly like pine hop, but also goes into a bit of soda like flavor slightly as well.
A drinkable, but rather unremarkable brew considering the emphasis on some unique flavor additions.
