Yeast and strawberry on the nose. Slight tart lemon notes, wine barrel influence can be detected. Dry finish and some brett characteristics. Pretty good.

Really enjoying the bright citrus notes balanced with dry brett. As it warms, I'm getting a lot more of the wine like characteristics. Pretty complex brew from Lake Effect. Excited for what's to come

Not much wine barrel influence. More or less along the line of their other brett beers.
