Poured from a 12oz can into a tulip at 45 degrees,

Look: Pours a pale, honey haze, with some darker tint. A crisp, bubbly head.
Smell: Aroma of lime is most prominent, mixed with juniper and pine. Some yeast presence too.
Taste: Belgian yeast flavors initially. Some lemon citrus and lime flavor underneath. A bit similar to a corona. Some coriander lingers toward the end.
Feel: Light bodied. Crisp, Finishes dry.

Overall: This is an interesting and good for a local saison created by Lake Effect who is donating money to the Morton Arboretum for every one of these beers they sell. Made with local juniper berries, what's not to love. It won't knock your socks off, but very refreshing for a lighter, summer saison. Feels like drinking a juniper and coriander flavored sprite!

Taste: Big herbal, juniper berries, citrus hops, some yeast and sour lime notes, piney with slick mouth-feel. Floral, fruit and juniper nose. Bright honey hue, unfiltered, some head and delicate lace. Medium body. Unique has notes of Gin.
