750 ml bottle into a tulip glass. 2019 version, had 6/19/20.
Pours a bright yellow, mostly clear on the first pour but cloudy after, with a three inch head of cotton candy foam and lots of foamy lacing. Aromas of ginger, Belgian yeast, wheat, lime, light smoke, malt, spices. Like flavors- lime, ginger, Belgian yeast, wheat, malt, light spices and smoke, a light bitterness. Smooth, a very good light to medium body, well carbonated on the high side.
The ginger and lime are subtle but good. Solid base saison. Very drinkable, very enjoyable.
