Pours dark amber/red with a mild haze. Thick foamy head and thick splotchy lacing. Flavorful and balanced. Starts slightly malty with a mild hoppy finish.

On tap in Alabama hotel. Pours a clear golden rust color with an off white head. Smell is malty ,bready and nutty . Taste follows the nose with light citrus hops ,nice malty and nut bread . Mouth feel smooth tasty reminds me a little of Yuengling.

On tap at the very nice Wolf Bay restaurant in Orange Beach, AL, served in a pint glass.
Look: Orange-amber, with a half inch head that lingered a few minutes leaving a small foam cap and plenty of finely-bubbled lacing.
Nose: Just a bit of cracker, with a slight floral sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Medium, adequate carbonation.
Attack: Full medium-roast malt, solid.
Finish: A pleasant light hop balance, but unfortunately a bit of an astringent aftertaste.
Overall: Quite drinkable, and I’d have given it higher ratings on both taste and overall if it weren’t for the aftertaste — yes, I would otherwise really like this beer.

Easy drinking, well balanced and effortless in taste, Fairhope Brewing thinks that the philosophy of beer should be a no brainer.
I Drink Therefore I Amber doesn't overthink the room as it pours with a medium honey-amber hue, built around a slight haze and resting underneath a faint tarnish froth. With the caramelized scent of bread crust, nutty pecan, light honey and caramel malt applying a comfortable sweetness on the palate, the nose also perks up with citrusy, sprucy hops.
As the flavors splash against the middle palate, the more toasty and nutty flavors arise while the sweeter caramel influence slowly fade away. The boldness of hops bring a flavor of pink grapefruit, orange zest and a light herbal flavor before developing a grassy, piney and resinous bitterness to balance the taste but not overwhelm it.
Medium bodied, semi-sweet and with a hint of bitterness on the finish, the beer is a comfortable, all occasion and nonchalant beer that suits its thirst quenching goals quite well.

Clear dark amber color, tiny head gone soon, little lacing. Nose is pretty mundane. Roasted malt flavor present but sharp and unpleasant, hop bitterness present but without nice hop flavor. Bordering on bland, not for me. Average finish and feel. Would rather not have again.
