On draft at the J. Clyde, Birmingham.
A: Dark brown with a tan one finger head that sat there and stared at me. Thick lacing.
S: Dark chocolate, anise, leather, charred malts.
T: A rich, chocolatey opening with licorice and anise holding court. Sweet, robust as hell and highly drinkable. Even better as it warms
M: Medium to high with medium, chewy carbonation.
T: This is my favorite Fairhope beer. A damn fine RIS. Would love to try the Bourbon barrel aged.
