Most IPAs go with a citrus addition, Fairhope decided to go with jalapeños!
Smelled like Mexican food, heavy green chile, almost a like a complete enchilada. Maybe a hint of lime and tequila, as well
Tasted along the same...hops and Mexican food, but it's not bad at all.
Feel was rough and got tougher, but expected for jalapeños.
Overall, a decent IPA that spice lovers would rejoice in.
