Blue Steel is a sour ale blended with lemon and blueberries. It is light in body with a beautiful light purple color. The sourness merges with the tartness of lemons, balanced by the light sweetness of blueberries and a big blueberry aroma.

Blue Steel has a medium, off-white head and a translucent, greenish-gold appearance, with a bit of lacing. The aroma is of blueberry, lemon, and grain. Ther is a similar flavor, with tartness and moderate sweetness (artificial sweetener). Blue Steel has a medium body and a dry finish.
