Louvain Farmhouse (9.5 ABV) on-tap at the brewery, poured into a pils glass.
A- Hazy gold body with moderate carbonation and great stick left on the glass. 4
S- Gummy with spice, citrus, black pepper, apple, and grape peel. 4.5
T- Black pepper, sugary sweet malt backbone (9.5% had to come from somewhere), citrus. A bit strong, but tasty. 3.5
M- Medium feel, with moderate carbonation. Quite dry. 4
O- It's a tasty sipper. The aroma was amazing. 4
