Cloudy, very pale straw yellow, tons of carbonation. Big white head (3 fingers), snow white, with very good retention and fantastic lacing.
Smell is slightly tart and malty (wheat), a little sweet, with a hint of yeast. Lemon and lemongrass. Fairly subtle and complex.
Big hit of wheat and yeast, with a very, very slight tartness and sweetness. Mostly follows the nose in different proportions. It almost comes across as a lemon version of a Weizen. Works for the style.
Nice and lively, but a little thin; the feel doesn't match the taste.
This is a good, light saison, a good example of the style. Very drinkable for an afternoon beer, and would be perfect in the Summer.
