Hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Citra. Signature yeast leaves the beer hazy, adding complex notes of grapefruit, orange, and a slight tartness.

Hazy yellow pour capped with a medium, clean white head. The aroma pops with grapefruit and bright citrus zest, setting high expectations. The flavor doesn’t quite reach the same intensity, coming across a bit muted by comparison, but the hoppy bitterness steps forward and carries the profile. Finishes dry and crisp.

a: slightly hazy straw yellow and orange color with a 1/2 finger marshmellow white head
s: citrus zest and mango. pineapple, peaches, and grapefruit. sweet lemons and a hint of earthy grains and sweet malt
t: orange and pineapple juice upfront. slight mango and earthy grapefruit. sweet lemons and some generic citrus sweetness. a touch of herbal tea leaf and lemongrass. faint malt note for a touch of sweetness
m: lighter side of medium with low-moderate carbonation
o: a nice easy drinking Pale Ale. good balance, but could use a touch more carbonation

Cloudy, dirty gold. Minor head but excellent blanketing lace.
Weedy aroma which dominates the mild pale malt.
The taste is intense but not extreme. Mostly hoppy bitterness but here the malt holds up with a richer than expected. Bitter finish (black pepper) leaving a long aftertaste.

16oz. Can served in a sloped tulip. Pours a dull, orange hue with a slight haziness to the clarity and a frothy, half inch, bright white head. Nose i subdued - just a kiss of citrus and pith. Flavor profile is herbal, grassy and biscuity. Not much citrus essence in the mix. Mouthfeel is light and bright. Not bad, just a little lackluster.

Not nearly as good as dogs and boats. A little to bitter although I do like the hints of orange/melons? A little to dry as well. I think my biggest issue with this is the malt.

Can dated 12/27/21 (more than 6 months old!), kindly supplied by my CT cousin, into pint glass. Pours a murky light gold with a substantial but brief off-white head. Initial impression is citrus, grapefruit, mango, grape, and a bit of pine, with a light touch of caramel. Mouthfeel is medium and appropriately soft. Finish has a very slight bitterness, which invites the next sip.
New beer and new brewery for me. I'm very favorably impressed. Would like to try this fresh sometime.

A: The beer is very hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of gooseberries, lime and lychee are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of white grape. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and somewhat juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has the degree of aromas and flavors you would expect from an IPA with the drinkability of an APA.
Serving type: can

A: Pours a lightly hazy golden yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a decent cap that leaves good lacing
S: A good mix of citrus, floral, and very lightly earthy hops up front along with a light malt backbone
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a mix of citrus and floral hops, then picks up some earthy undertones and a bit of malt. Lightly bitter. Finishes with lingering citrus and floral tones
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid pale ale that is nicely hoppy. Well balanced and very easy to drink. Worth checking out

All I can say is it was like drinking Dogs and Boats little brother lol. Very good with almost exactly the same profile as D&B without the insane afterbite. I think it would be great in a session with D&B but quite tasty either way.
