I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery in Wilson, NY ad part of a six sample flight. It poured a clear golden with thin white ring head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp malt base with grain presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance -The beer is served a medium golden color with a one finger head of puffy white foam. The head fades very fast leaving but a trace of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is mostly of a grainy and bready aroma. Along with these smells are hints of caramel and a little bit of earthy hop.
Taste – The taste begins with a rather bready taste mixed with some caramel sweetness and a bit of doughiness. As the taste advances these tastes are joined by a bit of earth and a touch of herb, leaving one with a rather crisp and slightly malty taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is high. For the style, the feel is great and makes for a very easy sipper.
Overall – A decent lager, but nothing to write home about.

Very light yellow gold color with white cap.
Aroma of soft, bready malt with floral, spicy hops. A note of citrus also which I presume comes from the hops.
Taste on entry is approachable malt like a soft bread yeast roll. Hops are present in a supporting role. The overall effect is a well intergrated whole similar to a European Lager. Hops build ever so slightly leaving a refreshing bitterness in the aftertaste.
Light texture with balancing carbonation.
Overall this is a lighter style traditional lager with enough flavor to keep things interesting without any sense of heaviness. Flawless well executed beer that I find very pleasing.

Was hazy but still looked good to me. Creamy white head, light yellow color. Nose is malty and breaddy with a bit of hops like earth. Light herbal. Clean , crisp breaddy. Bubbles bit e a tiny bit. The bitterness lasts to the finish where you see the citiric or crisp backign to these hops. excellent. Clean. No astringency, no diacetyl, no fruity esters. Spicy hops. Very good very drinkable.
