12 oz can into a stange.
L: Pours a honey amber color with a 1/4" pillowy white head, steady large carbo bubbles, head recedes to light frothy, full circumference spotty lacing.
S: A hint of bread dough, light grains, earthy fruit.
T: Caramelized malts, overripe fruits picked up off the ground, citrus zest, very earthy grains, it is lightly tart with an orchard vibe and an earthy aftertaste. It is slightly full-flavored.
F: Crisp medium bodied gently plump mouthfeel and a medium length lightly dry finish.
O: Easy to drink. Leans fruity and has a bit more heft than a trad Kolsch IMO. Up front tastes and bittersweet. I wish it were a bit lighter all around. It's OK in its style.

White head. Clear golden yellow.
Grassy and earthy hops. Some hop oil. Light citrus. Bready malts.
Light bodied. Ends with a biscuit malt aftertaste.
Okay. Nothing special. Fairly easy to drink.

I had this poured at Dangerous Man. I very different taste, but I loved it! Never had a kolsch before.

I've tried many Kolsch beers in my life and this one tops them all. Amazing taste and mouthfeel.
***Revisiting this beer as well because I've become more educated since I started rating beers all 5's. This is a very good Kolsch but I have had others now and need to compare. It is a bit sweet for the style but the barley taste comes through quite nicely.
