First beer I’ve had aged in port barrels and stuck with the theme of port as a delicious dessert beer

Really loved this one. I wish it had a bit more of both peanut butter and barrel though. Not as much PB in this as there is in the regular peanut butter porter. I'm guessing the PB and the barrels canceled each other out a bit, but it's still a great beer.

On tap in a DM Teku.
Not your typical barrel-aged porter and I had reservations about this one, but it exceeded expectations. Looks inviting, slightly oily and black - with light barely penetrating the edges- with a deep khaki head.
Aroma is intense peanut butter, really blown away by the nose on this. Taste follows with peanut butter, coffee and roast notes complimented by subtle wine and barrel.
Atypical, unique and well crafted.

On tap. Tan head. Black color.
Too much peanut butter, not enough port. The barrels show in the finish, with minimal wine notes and a fair amount of heat.
It's decent, but they could tone down the peanut butter so the barrels show.
