On tap at the source. Also available in growlers. The best of Prairie's in-house offerings. My review reflects the constraints the great (sarcasm) state of Oklahoma places on brewery-only offerings.
A- Looks like a gose! Opaque and golden served in brewery-specific plastic cup with the PAA logo on them. Minimal lacing. Mostly just head trails down the side of the glass.
S- Lime, and a touch of tart. Smell is on point, pretty much what you'd expect from a lime gose. Nothing too fancy or surprising.
T- Nice balanced tartness/ sourness with a hint of lime. I cannot detect the salt, but I'm sure it's there. Mine was drank at the temperature it was served, which was likely a bit too cold to detect the salt. It's a great, crushable, summer beer.
M- Good carbonation, just enough body for a sour wheat beer.
O- A very good, refreshing offering from Prairie. It is perfect for a hot day on Prairie's patio or get a growler to go and enjoy it by a pool/ lake/ ocean/ sea/ desired body of water. It's not going to slay Westbrook, but it's a great local gose from a great local brewery. Much better than the other brewery-only offerings that were on tap.
