Frosty, coal black in color with a tan froth. Smells of roasted malts and subtle hops of course. Sweet caramel is prominent with a blunted citrus core, a touch of dark fruits and a prickly, piney hop end. Lighter side of medium in body and almost airy. Always like it when Prairie takes a path less traveled.
