Copenhagen 16/11 2019. 35,5 cl bottle from Best of Beers (Web-shop). Drawing of what looks like technical schematics of electric circuits on the label. This Bomb has the B.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small darkly beige head. Disappears after a few seconds leaving a thin film of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense, sweet and laden with vanilla and sugar. Brown sugar, dark roasted malts, vanilla in abundance, earthiness, leather, dark chocolate providing a hint of bitterness.
Light carbonation. Thick, sticky, soft, viscous texture.
Flavor is heavy sweet and sugary followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingering. Light alcoholic burn in the finish.
Powerful and very good Imperial Stout. I can almost spell to Bomb now.

12Fl Oz bottle
Served in a snifter
This beer pours black and is topped with a fleeting tan head.
Nice vanilla aroma. I get some milk chocolate.
The taste follows the aroma. I get a good amount of vanilla. I get milk chocolate. Hints of coffee in the finish.
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
Pretty good start to this deconstructed thing. Very tasty stout.

Poured from a bottle - dark as night with minimal milk chocolate head leaving a persistent ring of micro bubbles and scant lacing. Nose is muted roasty malt with hints of sweetness. Taste is velvety vanilla with a very mild roasty malt and coffee aftertaste. Finishes smooth and woody - really delightful.

I've had this 12 oz. bottle at least 2, maybe 3 years now. Poured into my snifter glass, this beer pours a very dark brown, almost black color with a dark tan, silky, creamy looking head that's an inc thick when first poured. Settles eventually to a very thick ring lining the inside of the glass and a big cluster swirl of a film layer of foam. Aromas of dark roasted malts, cocoa, vanilla, and certainly some booze that rounded out with a bit of earthy, just slightly floral hop notes. A very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned dark roasted malts, cocoa, vanilla, and a bit of anise. Also some booze, as this is an 11.8% beer. Rounded out with hints of black coffee bitterness and a hint of earthy and slightly floral hops. Good balance of flavors here. Really, a very nice flavor profile indeed! Has a crisp, just slightly oily and chewy, also smooth, creamy, full bodied mouthfeel with light to moderate carbonation. All of the flavors linger on the palate in the aftertaste nicely after each sip. A damn good beer here.

Pours black with nearly a finger of caramel head on top. Head retention is okay. Aroma is roasty, toasty, earthy malts with a kiss of vanilla bean. It smells authentic, not faux vanilla. Flavor profile is roasty, toasty and caramely malts with vanilla bean sprinkled over the top. Light sweetness with the roasty and toasty malts forming the bulk of the profile. Mouth feel is thick with a smooth, uneventful texture. Overall, big stout with a little vanilla sprinkled over the top. Balance is fine.

This is a robust vanilla stout on it’s own accord that is full of flavor with strong vanilla, smoked grains, dark chocolate, roasty notes, molasses, faint pest moss, light piney notes, cocoa powder and chocolate milk. Compared to the original BOMB! it seems less complex, but it still a really tasty imperial stout.

12oz bottle. No dating information found. Of the four beers in this collection, only one was stamped with dating.
Black colored body, with the tiniest of red oak back lit edging. Hard pour resulted in a thin tan colored cap. Leaves behind a small spot pattern of lacing.
Aroma has lots of dark roasted malts, with a definite vanilla note.
Taste is a little sweet from the vanilla. Dark roasted malts form the base. Has a touch of sour that emerges at the end, but the after taste brings back the sweet vanilla.
Medium mouth feel. Okay carbonation.
I liked this the least of the four deconstructs. Vanilla is more of a supported player and the beer expresses too sweet when not joined by coffee, cocoa, or chili.
