The beer pours Black with a thin khaki head that recedes quickly. It has low carbonation. The beer smells of toasted coconut, vanilla, almonds, sugar cookies, and a little rum. It tastes of toasted coconut, vanilla, almonds, sugar cookies, with subtle rum. The feel is medium. A good ba stout from prairie.
