I tried this new Triple IPA (SBLBBC), ABV 11.00% from the Prairie Artisan Ales Brewery the Oklahoma City location. I had it in an 8oz tulip glass and then I bought it in a growler. They haven't brewed a lot of beers at this location yet, but they do brew here. I like my IPAs a bit fruity and this one wasn't, but it is a good flavorful IPA.
Look: dark golden yellow with a big white foamy head
Aroma: white bread, wood and pine
Taste: The taste is white bread, maybe mango, wood and pine resin, quite a bit of pine resin. It is not fruity like many other IPAs.
Feel: light to medium body
