I just drank "North by NorthWest" a new APA from Prairie Artisan Ales (not Northwest), ABV 4.00%, IBU 62, at the Prairie Artisan Ales brewpub in Tulsa Oklahoma.
Look: Hazy dark amber, almost reddish hue with a thin white head
Aroma: honey, pineapple, grapefruit
Taste: The flavor is honey & perhaps caramel with grapefruit and pineapple, finishing with a bit of a piney hop bite, but fairly mild. It says IBU 62, but it can't be. It is juicy and dank but not for hop heads.
Feel: light to medium body, juicy.
