A tall, off-white froth sits stable atop this amber brew.
Redolent of pine and herb and I'm already thinking an old school WCIPA is about to make me very happy.
Plenty of oily, piney bitterness followed by a touch of caramel and finishing with apple rind and herb.
Medium and dry for the most part.
