Aged in the bottle for a year or so. Very dark appearance with slight light brown head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a prominent bourbon with a touch of vanilla. Taste is like aroma except a touch of heat from the peppers.

A: Black, translucent brown around edges, no head
S: Vanilla, chocolate syrup, rum, brownie, earthy pepper, roasty, raisin
T: Rum, vanilla, dark chocolate, pepper heat, bitter cacao, light roast, brown sugar
M: Thick n slick
O: Much better than the recent batch of pirate bomb. Rum and peppers are very well done and balance out the sweetness
