L - typical stout appearance. Pours black with very fizzy dark tan head that leads to minimal lacing. Docking down .25 due to the initial highly carbed head. No noticable adjuncts like other prairie stouts
S - apple and Brandy. Get mild maple, brown sugar and vanilla but the apple is out in front.
T - follows the nose. Apple upfront, good rounded maple, and marshmallow on the finish. The flavors linger and leaves backed apple pie with vanilla, caramel the leads to maple
F - coats the tounge. But like the initial pour, this is somewhat light for a stout, and especially light for a prairie ba stout
O - good, best single barrel AB I have had. The maple is able to hold up to the AB barrel. I do think AB is just a fantastic barrel for a non adjuct stout
