Brew: Prairie Artisan Ales - Cocobronilla
Intro: 12 oz. bottle poured into a tulip glass. Shared with a friend.
Appearance: Pitch Black, Minimal head maybe ¼ inch. Minimal lacing as I drank
Smell: Coconut up front followed by sweet chocolate and vanilla.
Taste: Followed the smell. Nice coconut presence.
Mouthfeel: Medium mouthfeel, medium carbonation.
Drink: Very easy to drink. Very well balanced.
Conclusion: Out of nearly 70 Prairie stouts I’ve tried this is in the top 30%. Good coconut flavor. Was enjoyable as most prairie stouts are. Grab it if you see it.
