Pours black with a nice fluffy brown head. Head disappeared quickly which is expected for the ABV. Scent is of Apple Brandy and a slight hint of roasted coffee. Flavor is mainly of light Apple Brandy with the coffee and hazelnut very subtle with some sips and not present on others. Brandy makes this very smooth and fairly light on my tongue for the labeled ABV. She is a sipping beer, but would happily revisit.

This Prairie Dawgz bottle was very big on the barrel. Lots of apple flavor in the front, but you got little to no adjuncts. Maybe a touch of heat, but definitely nothing else. Very disappointing
