This one of a kind, unique, heavenly concoction was blessed with fire from below.

A bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with oreos, raspberries, and chiles will seduce your taste buds unlike any beer has ever done before. After one sip, you will exclaim “Hot damn!”. And then it hits you... The raspberries! “Hot JAMn!”.

The raspberries and chiles contrast with the sweetness of the oreos and barrel complexity. This combination is inspired by a cuvee of two beers as well as a jalapeno berry jam from a cheeseboard paired with a barrel aged stout.

Enjoy. ?

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a Prairie tulip glass.

Pours a deep black body with a very small brown head that reduces quickly. Lots of floaties.

Aromas of chocolate covered raspberries, bourbon, vanilla, roasty malt, sweet chocolate-raspberry liquor.

On the tongue it’s rich, raspberry brownies, bourbon vanilla, chocolate, Oreos, bakers chocolate, roasty finish. Thick rich mouthfeel.

Nicely done, but I’d have liked more chili. Raspberries are nicely balanced with the rich chocolate cake notes.
