Look: very dark, some ruby highlights when held to light. Some oily spattered lacing.
Smell: roasty chocolate vanilla milkshake.
Taste: more of the same. Really well done.

Poured a black body with minimal head and lace ring. Sweet, light milk-chocolate aroma with notes of something like cherry or plum. Smooth, medium to heavy body, with a slightly roasted edge underneath a dry chocolate taste along with hints of nuttiness and boozy vanilla.

Vigorous pour yields an ebony body and one finger of mocha/brown head. Just a little head retention & lacing
S: Vanilla, cola, & coconut once warm & along with dark chocolate
T: Vanilla, coconut, subdued chocolate & a touch of marshmallow up front & a little molasses & dryness. Dark chocolate & cola as this warms, more vanilla & a little coconut, just a kiss of coffee as well. Finishes dry with dark chocolate, vanilla & coconut
MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation , warming
ABV is well hidden, well worth a go, probably one of the better Imp Stouts I've had from Prairie in a while, kudos to CCB as well

Beer pours super dark with a nice head that dissipates after several seconds. The nose reminds me of roasted dark chocolate, vanilla, and baked cookies.
At first taste you feel like your biting into a piece of higher percentage cacao bar, then rolls into the subtle flavors of vanilla and sweet cream.
Finish is not too boozy and the 12% ABV is hidden well. Creamy dark chocolate lingers on the palate but in a great way. Highly recommended if you can get your hands on this limited release.

Apparently it took a while to bring together the worlds of Prairie Ales, Cigar City Brewing and Brazilian Bon Bons, but once it did, excellence exudes.
Let's Get This Done, the imperial collaborative stout of Prairie and Cigar City pours with an onyx black, deep ominous sheen while rising with a creamy dense froth. Filled with chocolate, espresso, campfire, burnt cream and anise, the nose is powerful, robust and roasted. Not to be outdone, the maltiness of sweetened espresso comes with the creamy lusciousness of caramel, molasses, condensed milk and a dense pillowy texture.
As the flavors flood the middle palate, the taste of milk chocolate gives way to the earthy roasted character of coffee that trends like soilish Turkish blends. Roasted walnut and an overall smoky sweetness is remiss of burnt cream. As fusel hints of licorice and dark grilled fruit flows onto the late palate, a broad, woodsy and smoldering bitterness is as much like brushfire as it is of hops.
Full bodied, creamy and lush on the tongue, the imperial stout carries those a taste of baker's chocolate, burnt marshmallows and a raw whisky heat into a long and roasty aftertaste.

Decent head production from a very careful pour; retention is solid.
Nose is quite roasty, with burnt caramel, coffee, bitter cacao, nuts, vanilla, marshmallow, brown sugar, and prunes. Nothing phenomenal or game-changing, but nothing astray or amiss.
Flavor follows, with a delectably sweet, dark, roast, and smooth melange of brown sugar, cinnamon, dough, chocolate, prune, raisin, pecan, caramel, espresso, marshmallow, toffee, banana, red grape, light char, and just a hint of booze.
Huge mouth-filling body. Just a touch of heat. Sticky, thick, not quite chewy.
I don't quite get the gimmick, but this is definitely a delicious beer nonetheless.
