Imperial stout aged in whiskey barrels with peppermint, cacao nibs and vanilla beans. A collaboration with thin man brewery.
The mint and chocolate are more perceptible in the aroma, was a little thin in mouthfeel and could have used more mint flavor. Quite sweet with low carbonation. Decent dessert style stout but Prairie has made many better beers in this style.
