I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the Prairie OKC brewery/taproom.
Appearance: light yellow hue with plenty of haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: aroma is quite light with hints of orange citrus and tropical hop character.
Taste: rather sweet malt with some tropical and citrus hop flavors; it’s flirting with juiciness but not quite there. Not bad, though.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and a really nice creaminess.
Overall: a perfectly cromulent NEIPA.
